No Returns or Exchanges:
Items marked as "Final Sale" (clearance, pre-owned, or discounted) are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exceptions apply only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
No Price Adjustments:
Final Sale items cannot have price adjustments, price matches, or modifications after purchase.
📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
General Conditions:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service for authorization. You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
✅ Return Eligibility Criteria:
Items must be new, unused, and include original packaging.
You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to request a return or exchange.
Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
📋 Specific Item Guidelines:
Paddles: Must have the original seal intact over the grip handle.
Apparel: Must have original tags attached. No returns for worn, washed, or used apparel.
Pickleball Balls: Non-returnable if opened, unless defective.
Rubbers, Nets, and Edge Tapes: Cannot be returned if opened, unless defective.
Clearance and Pre-Owned Items: Final sale – non-returnable.

📦 Shipping Costs & Responsibilities:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error.
- Returns sent via Collect on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
- Please package items securely to avoid damage in transit.
💰 REFUNDS
Upon inspection of your returned items:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs remain non-refundable unless due to defects or errors by PickleBali.
